| 摘 要： | 笔者利用数量分析的方法,对我国农村地下金融资金规模的变化趋势及影响因素进行了分析.通过分析,发现我国农村地下金融的资金规模受到正规金融系统的利率水平、正规金融机构在农村的服务能力、农业经济的发展水平和国家的金融政策等因素的影响.针对我国目前农村地下金融资金规模过大的情况,笔者提出了一些政策建议.

| Abstract: | In this paper,by the use of quantitative analysis method,the trend of the capital scale and influence factors of China's rural underground finance are analyzed.Through analysis,we find that the capital scale of China's rural underground finance is influenced by the interest rates of the normal financial system,the service ability of the normal financial institutions in the rural areas,the development level of the agricultural economy,the national financial policies and so on.According to the excessive scale... |
