"三贴近"与传播学原理

摘    要:党中央对我国新闻工作者提出了贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众的"三贴近"原则,归根到底是贴近事实,贴近真正的信息源.无论从人类信息传播的历史视角,还是现实传播的全过程来审视信息传播,信息传播的起点都应该是在实际生活,而不是在传播机构;信息的采集就是采集者对信息的认识与理解的过程,而传播正是采集者把自己理解了的信息向公众公开的过程.因而"三贴近"原则的正确性并不因为它出自于领导之口,而是具体地体现了新闻信息的传播规律.真正实践"三贴近",在实际操作中要解决一个关键问题:做到宣传党的意志与人民心声的统一.

Abstract:The Central Committee of the C.P.C. calls upon our journalists to follow the principle of "Three Closeness's", namely, close to the reality, close to life and close to the masses of people. It boils down to being close to facts and the real source of information. Whether seen from the historical angle of human information transmission or from the entire course of actual information transmission, the starting point should be the real life but not the mass communication institutions. The collection of information is the course of knowing and understanding by the collectors while transmitting is the course during which the collector makes it known to the public. Therefore, the principle of "three closenesses" is correct not because it was first proposed by some leaders, but because it is the actual embodiment of the laws of mass communication. To ensure the application of "three closeness's", the key issue to be settled in practice is how to integrate the propaganda of the Party's will and the people's wishes.
