| 摘 要： | 辽宁在“后WTO”时代，需要调整利用外资战略，以适应内外部条件的变化，采用引力模型对辽宁外商直接投资进行实证分析，结论显示，外商直接投资与两地要素禀赋差异呈显著的正相关关系，与两地距离呈显著的负相关关系。因此，辽宁利用外资战略重点是改善投资环境，突出要素禀赋优势和提高对香港、日韩等周边国家和地区的引资力度。

| Abstract: | Liaoning province has entered the post-WTO era.With the economic environment changing,the FDI strategy needs to be modified.The empirical research shows that FDI has a significant positive sign with the relative factor endowment,while it has a significant negative sign with the distance between two regions.Therefore,the FDI strategy of Liaoning should better the relative factor endowment and enhance the cooperation with Hong Kong,Korea and Japan,etc. |
