| 摘 要： | 中国农业的最大问题莫过于农村剩余劳动力的转移问题。农村剩余劳动力既可以在大中城市寻找就业门路,也可以通过城镇化实现就地转移,同时还可以积极参与国内及国外的劳务合作。可以说,劳务输出在某种意义上已是解决三农问题的新的途径。

| Abstract: | The problem of surplus labour pawer in rural areas is a great one in Chinas agriculture,which may be solved by way of the employment for rural workers in big ar medium cities, urbanization, and the labour cooperation at home and abroad. Export of labour in a sense is a new way solving problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers. |
