自我价值感、心理控制源和A型人格对时间管理倾向的影响研究

对433名中学生进行问卷调查,综合探讨自我价值感、心理控制源和A型人格对时间管理倾向的影响.结果表明:(1)自我价值感、心理控制源、A型人格与时间管理倾向存在显著的相关;(2)自我价值感、心理控制源和A型人格对时间管理倾向构成显著或极显著的回归效应;(3)心理控制源存在以自我价值感为中介变量的对时间管理倾向的显著的间接效应,A型人格以心理控制源和自我价值感为中介变量对时间管理倾向产生显著的间接影响.

The Effect of Self-Worth, Locus of Control, and Type A Personality on Time Management Disposition

To investigate the influence of self-worth,locus of control and type A personality on time management disposition,we have questionnaired 433 middle school students with Self Worth Rating Scale,Internal External Locus of Control Scale,Type A Personality Scale and Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale.The results showed that:(1) self worth,locus of control and type A personality have a significant correlation with time management disposition respectively;(2) self-worth,locus of control and type A personality have a significant regression effect on time management disposition respectively;(3) locus of control has an indirect effect on time management disposition significantly through self-worth,and type A personality has an indirect effect on time management disposition significantly through locus of control and self-worth.
