| Abstract: | The tradition of strategic culture is a permanent and relatively stable cultural caracter which a nation shows in strategic action. It has such features as historical continuity, civilized relativity and leadingness of values. It affects a nation's real strategic action by realizing and judging strategic situations, deciding strategic purposes, and choosing strategic means and warfare styles. |
