| 摘 要： | 面对新的市场竞争环境,传统经营管理模式暴露出种种弊端,严重阻碍了经济的进一步发展。在这种经济环境下,供应链管理理论应运而生,并对传统企业的经营管理模式改造具有战略性指导意义。从供应链整合的方式和目的角度考虑,第三方物流当是供应链整合的推动力。第三方物流实现物流供应链整合具体途径主要有以下几点,即仓储系统整合、运输系统整合和物流信息系统整合。

| Abstract: | As the change of the modern business way and the external condition, supply chain management(SCM) plays an important role. The paper structures the promotion of the third party(TPL) logistics based on supply chain integration. The content relates business circumstans changing, disadvantage of conventional management and the third party logistics strategies to improve supply chain integration. |
