| 摘 要： | 大学技术转移是一项很有意义和生命力的工作,在大学知识产权保护、人才培养和稳定方面具有积极的作用,但也存在许多新问题、新矛盾有待于研究和解决。我国的大学要结合国情和自身情况,从实际出发,开展形式多样的技术转移工作,为社会做出应有的贡献。
