| 摘 要： | 当前，大学新生在学习动机、学习态度、学习心理、学习能力等方面都出现了诸多问题，笔者试对上述问题进行心理学分析，并提出加强和改进当前大学新生学习现状的策略，以期对提高大学新生教育教学质量提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Currently,the new university students are facing many problems in learning motivation,attitude,psychology and ability,etc.This paper analyzes the above problems with respect to psychology and puts forward some strategies to enforce and improve their present studies as a reference,expecting to help to improve the quality of teaching and educating the new students. |
