| 摘 要： | 亚洲开发银行，是面向亚太地区的政府间区域性金融机构，在亚太乃至世界范围内发挥着重要的影响力。1966年，美、日两国的积极参与共同促使了亚行的成立，随后两国围绕亚行的“发言”主导权展开了博弈，在亚行中逐渐形成势均力敌的“两极结构”。双方关注的利益以及各自亚行政策的不同成为美、日两国进行博弈的根源所在。美、日在亚行中的博弈历程也为中国的亚行政策给予深刻的启示。

| Abstract: | Asian Development Bank （ADB）, a regional intergovernmental financial institution, plays an important role in Asia and Pacific areas or even in the world. Since 1966 when ADB was founded by the active participation of the US and Japan, the two countries have started a game with each other on the control of the Bank and gradually formed ＂the bipolar structure＂ in ADB. The root of the game is the different interests they have and the policies they favor. And the game between the US and Japan in ADB is of profound referential value for China＇s policy-making regarding ADB. |
