| 摘 要： | 高校人才培养成本研究是关系到高校生均教育经费投入,关系到高校教育经费使用效果的重要课题。研究它对于提高高校内部管理水平,确定合理的收费标准,改革财政补贴办法具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文从理论和实践等方面进行了新的阐述。

| Abstract: | It is important research subject that is relation to investing the educational capital person and its using effect in the college. The study on the education cost of qualified personnel in colleges is an important subject concerning the average educational investment and its efficiency.There are important theoretical and practical significance to improve the management level, to determine the reasonable educational cost criterion and to reform the finance allowance measure. In this paper, a new opinion is explained from the two aspects of theory and practice. |
