| 摘 要： | 建筑施工安全法律制度的完善有待于有限政府与责任政府的构建,同时呼唤有效率的公私合作。公私合作包括建设单位与政府部门的紧密合作。社会各界与行政主管部门的合作尤其有利于改善建筑施工安全状况。

| Abstract: | The legal system of safety about buildings construction is to be perfected,never deviate from organize limited government and responsible government, and need the effective cooperation between public and private.The cooperation include the closer collaboration between owner and government bodies.The coope ration between social circles and competent authorities is conducive to a safe condition among buildings construction. |
