| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校债务风险问题日益突显，不仅对高校教育教学质量以及学生负担产生直接负面影响，还可能对我国人才培养体系和金融体系稳定产生潜在危害。文章阐述了我国高校债务风险的表现形式，分析了高校债务风险的形成原因，提出了有效防范和化解高校债务风险的建议。

| Abstract: | At present, the universities＇ dcbe risk is increasingly highlighted, which not only has a direct negative impact on the quality of education and the burden of students, but also may cause potential hazards to China＇s financial system, personnel training system. This paper describes the performance of our universities＇ debt risk, analyzes its formation, and puts forward recommendations to effectively prevent and dissolve universities＇ debt risk. |
