| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代之后,道格拉斯·诺斯的制度变迁理论越来越多地表现为出离"制度建构主义"转向制度演化理路的倾向.梳理诺斯制度变迁理论的发展历程可以表明,"制度建构主义"及与之匹配的新古典范式难以容纳意识形态等重要的现实因素、难以为理解长期变迁过程、制度的多样性等提供理论支点.是诺斯理论转向的基本原因.而这一转向在很大程度上预示了演化理路在制度研究中的光明前景.
