| 摘 要： | 从教育现状来看,当前的公共关系教育仍以知识教育为主,培养的学生还不能满足专业公关公司在公关技能方面的要求,理论研究还缺乏与公关实践相结合.建立一套完整的专业公关业务培训机制和培训课程,把教学理论与具体的社会实践相结合,并力求把实践的经验进行不断总结,使之形成教学和科研中必不可少的一个环节,弥补当前公关教育和研究的不足已是当务之急.

| Abstract: | The existing public-relation course offered at Chinese universities still centers on knowledge education,and its weak connection between theory and practice results in the students' incapability of satisfying the needs of the relevant companies.The establishment of a good training system with proper courses will help integrate the teaching theory with social practice.To improve the existing public-relation education and research,the practical experience should be constantly summed up and put into teaching practice and research. |
