| 摘 要： | 随着现代科技创新与金融创新的不断深入,金融组织形态和运营流程本身仍处在不断发展演进之中。文章探讨的是转型中的金融组织所面临的操作风险问题,如转型中的金融机构操作风险的成因,操作风险的层次框架与策略矩阵,并在此基础上就规避及转移操作风险的若干关键环节展开分析。

This paper focuses on the operational risks of transforming finance institutions such as the cause,the hierarchy frame and the strategy matrix, etc.Then the paper discusses some key issues on how to avoid and transfer operational risks. |
