| 摘 要： | 参考咨询如今已经成为图书馆信息服务的中心工作。从网络环境下参考咨询工作的特点出发，就贵州民族学院图书馆参考咨询工作的现状进行分析，在参考信息源的建设、参考咨询机构和人员配置、参考服务方式的拓展、参考咨询评价等方面提出了若干建议。
