| 摘 要： | 我国著名改革家、政治家张居正去世之后,明神宗于万历十二年四月断然决定对其荆州故宅实施籍没抄家的暴戾举措.在强加给他的种种罪状中,头一项即为"张居正诬蔑亲藩,侵夺王坟府第".这一罪状,不仅是当时据以判定其"罔上负恩,谋国不忠"的诛心之论,同时也给我国史学界留下了一个数百年间争讼不休的话题,迄今仍有人藉此作为指斥张居正贪污枉法,"在反对别人腐败的同时,自己却也在腐败"的口实.然而,若以历史文献和地方史志为依据,并结合实地考察,即可发现事实并非如此.

| Abstract: | After the death of Zhang Ju-zheng,a famous reformer and politician in our country,Ming shen-zong resolutely decided to raid Zhang's Old residence in Jingzhou.One of the crimes imposed on him was that Zhang Ju-zheng slandered the prince and seized Wang Fen's mansion by force,which was imposed on him as "ungratefal and betraged",and left topics behind,which had been argued for hundreds of years in China's history,by which Zhang is criticized for corruption,that is, "he opposes the corruption of others while he does it himself".But the fact is not as stated above,which is demonstrated by historical documents and local historical books based on the historical studies. |
