日本基于课程标准评价范式的构建与启示

摘    要:近些年,日本在反思相对评价弊端的基础上,积极推进基于标准的评价改革, 他们的基本做法是,确立以"生存能力"为核心的课程目标,制定可操作的评价标准,研制判断学习目标达成度的基准.这些变革对我国课程评价改革的启示是,评价应以课程目标为基础,应正视新课程标准中评价标准缺失的不足.

Abstract:Nowadays,after reflecting the disadvantages of relative evaluation,Japan advanced evaluation reform based on standard actively.They establish curriculum goal depending on living ability;They establish evaluation standards which are carried out conveniently and they develop the standards that can judge the achievement of learning goal.These reforms offer us some implications that evaluation should be based on curriculum goal,and face the reality that no evaluation standards exist in our curriculum standards.
