Team development of innovative tutors for graduate students is a systematic project and sustainable development must be regarded as the first priority.But now,there are some problems in the development of its dynamic system: Selection system is unreasonable;Training and development system is not perfect;Incentive systems are inadequate;Assessment system is immature and the system for the survival of the fittest is not in place,etc.In order to achieve sustainable development of the tutor team,it is essential to do the following: build a strict and flexible selection system;improve and strengthen the training system;practice an open incentive system;uphold and improve the assessment of evaluation system;specify and implement systems for the survival of the fittest;actively explore the establishment of a dynamic system to adapt to the sustainable development of innovative tutor teams.
