| 摘 要： | 梅山地区匠工传统技法即"匠工五法"是梅山文化百花园中的一朵瑰丽奇葩,它操作方便,内涵丰富,意义深远.它对我国当代女性农民的法制与道德教育可资借鉴.通过借鉴,可以使法制观念和道德意识的主观色彩客观化、评判标准由隐形化到显形化、评判力度由柔性化到刚性化.

| Abstract: | Meishan traditional craftsman techniques,that is to say "five rules" for workers plays an important role in Meishan culture.It works easily and has a profound meaning and far-reaching significance.It impacts on contemporary woman peasants’ law and moral education.Through it,the concept of legality and moral consciousness gets from subjective to objective,judgment criteria from vague to distinct and judgment intensity from pliable to stout. |
