| 摘 要： | 城市生态经营对推动城市经济社会发展、实施可持续发展战略、提升城市现代化水平以及提高城市竞争优势等诸方面具有极其重要的意义。建立生态经营体系要形成“政府主导、企业经营、公众参与”的多层次经营主体;要从构建生态建筑系统、城市绿化系统、基础设施系统、生态景观系统等方面人手,全方位地开展生态城市的建设与经营;同时应创新生态开发思路,以知识化和信息化来提高生态经营的效率和功能。

| Abstract: | Municipal Eco -management plays a significant role in developing municipal economy and community, implementing the strategy of sustained development, heightening municipal modernization and improving the advantages of municipal competition. To build municipal eco - management system requires a multi - layer main body which should be guided by the government, managed by the enterprises and participated by the public. It should begin with the construction of eco - architecture system, municipal gardening system, infrastructure system and eco - scene system in order to carry out fully the construction and management of eco - city. Meanwhile, we should develop ecosystem and to improve the efficiency and function of municipal eco - management by knowledge and information. |
