战略性对抗的中日互惠关系分析

中日两国互为近邻,地缘的因素促成了两国之间悠久的文化交流和政治斗争乃至军事斗争频繁不断的历史和现实。战后日本调整战略目标既有自身战败的原因,也有美国对日政策的牵制,此外,中国政局根本性的变化也成为日本战略目标调整的原因之一。中日两国之间之所以难以建立真正互信的友好关系,其原因在于两国之间客观上的地缘关系所导致的结构性矛盾。我们提倡和主张中日之间建立战略性的友好互惠关系,但是我们也要清醒地看到两国之间的对抗因素,正如美国著名国际政治学家汉斯.摩根索认定的,国家间政治就是寻求权力与和平的斗争,这既是国际关系的辩证法,也是国际关系中的永恒铁律。
