| Abstract: | The author argues that health should be understood comprehensively so that the target of physical and health education could be grasped. The idea of "health first" should be adopted, and applied in the whole process of teaching. The role of multiple functions of physical education should be played. What is most important is to make students develop themselves in an all-around way. |
