| 摘 要： | １９９８年美国提出的数字地球计划，对我国的国防安全以及科技政策等构成了极大的威胁，同时也对经济发展形成挑战。因此，我国政府从趋利避害，发挥优势的策略出发，发展我国的数字地球，为政府经济部门调控经济和科学决策提供信息平台，推进我国经济健康、持续地发展。

| Abstract: | In 1998, the USA produced the program of “digital earth”, which causes a great threat to the national defense and scientific policies of China. Meanwhile, it means a challenge to Chinese economic development. Therefore, Chinese government should seek the benefits and avoid the danger to develop the “digital earth” of our own and provide an information platform for national economic regulation departments and decision making departments to promote the economic development healthily and sustainably. |
