| 摘 要： | 公正作为人类社会的价值选择和理想追求,是在一定历史条件下和一定社会范围内对各种利益进行合理分配的理念、规则和状态。任何一个社会如果要想实现真正的公正,制度具有根本性、持久性保障的意义。当然,这主要取决于制度的内容、制度运作的程序和制度运作的结果是否公正。

| Abstract: | As a selected value and ideal that is sought in human society,justice is an idea,a rule and a kind of state,upon which good is allocated reasonably in certain historical condition and some social scope.To any society,which hopes to make justice into reality,system has the essential and continuous significance.Without doubt,it depends on whether the content of system,the operational process of system and the result that is made by the system are just or not. |
