法经济学视野下的经济犯罪

经济犯罪日趋高发，传统法学定性分析的方法受到挑战，用经济学的分析方法和基本规则看待经济犯罪这种负经济现象具有了需求的必然，法经济学在研究经济犯罪问题中的应用和价值愈发凸现。法经济学与经济犯罪具有天生的渊源，资源稀缺与效率、成本与收益、供求法则等经济学中的基本规则在经济犯罪产生的分析中具有当然的适用性。

Economic Crime in the Sphere of Law and Economics

Economic crime is in an increasingly high rate, which challenges the qualitative analysis in traditional legal science. Adopting the analysis method and basic rules of economics has become a necessity to explain the negative economic phenomenon--- economic crime. Law and economics plays a more and more important role in studying the issues of economic crimes. It has an innate relation with economic crime. Resource scarcity and efficiency, cost and income, law of supply and demand and many other basic economic rules are also available in analyzing the emergence of economic crimes.
