| Abstract: | The idea of local autonomy was one of the most important contents of HuangXing's civil rights thought.At the beginning of theRepublic of China,Huang Xing paid close attention to the problem of local autonomy and persevered in pushing forward the policy of local autonomy so as to promote civil rights and lay a foundation for the realization of constitutionality.To study Huang Xing's local autonomy idea is of great significance for a full understanding of his political thoughts. |
