| Abstract: | In actual life, there is often behaviour that restricts other people's personal freedom, but is not right infringing behaviour, and does not bear any legal responsibility. They are the cases infringing upon others' right of personal freedom, but are exempt from legal responsibility. Studying these kinds of cases is helpful for judicial practice to differentiate between proper lawful actions and right infringing ones. |
