| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses JIANG Ze-min's law thought, thinking that JIANG Ze-min fully expounds the essence rule and core content of legally ruling a nation. It proceeds to think that it is the demand of socialism market economy to construct a law nation. Meanwhile, legally ruling a nation must stick to the leadership of Chinese Communist Party. Morality and law should work hand in hand to run a country. |
