法律和道德是规范社会生活的两种不同的手段,因此它们之间的差异不容忽视。然而,道德和法律之间又有某种关联,这主要是因为道德也是法,可以叫做道德法或道德律。道德和法律可以沟通,只不过沟通的方式不是道德的法律化而是法律的道德化。这是因为道德是一种特殊的法,而一般的法只是道德的底线。

On Agreement and Difference between Rule of Morale and Rule of Law

Law and Morality are two different means which are used to set norms for social life, so we can't ignore the differences between them. At the same time, we should also notice the relatio between them, because morality is a kind of law, a law of morality or moral law. At this point moral can facilitate with law by moralization of law into law instead of changing morality. This is because morality can be regarded as a special law, which is different from the law as the minimum of morality.
