| 摘 要： | 新形势下加强和改进高校思想政治工作,是高校贯彻全国高校第十一次高校党建工作会议精神,落实江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想的的具体实践,因此,高校要对加强和改进思想政治工作有清醒的认识,按照“三个代表”的要求,分析新形势,研究新问题,把握新规律,提高思想政治工作队伍素质,把高校的思想政治工作做深做细。

| Abstract: | Strengthening and improving ideological and political work of colleges and universities under up-to-date conditions is the practice of implementing decisions of 11th National Colleges and Universities' Party Construction Meeting and of fulfilling " three represent" put forward by President Jiang Zemin. Universities and colleges should analyze new situation, study new problems and recognize new laws. Effective measures need to be adopted in schools to change their ideological and political education work. |
