| 摘 要： | 高职学院人才培养目标应定位于技能应用型岗位人才，培养学生胜任某种职业岗位的职业技能、技艺和运用能力，强调学生职业能力和职业素质的培养。高职技能应用型岗位人才的培养途径为：基于能力导向的理论教学、基于技能导向的实践教学和基于素质导向的课外教育活动。

| Abstract: | Vocational college's talent nourishment objective should be oriented on technique applicable talents,nourishing students' competency in skillful at vocational capabilities,workmanship and operational abilities,emphasizing nourishment in students' vocational quality.The access to vocational applicable post nourishment including: theoretical teaching based on competency orientation,practice teaching based on techniques and extra-curricula based on quality-oriented. |
