民办高职院校升本后教育创新的若干思考

民办高职院校升本后应突破传统的理论型本科框架和现有的管理体制、管理模式,以培养适应市场需要的应用型人才。本文从学校发展方向创新、培养目标创新、管理方法创新、学制模式创新和评价学生标准创新等五个方面入手,探索民办高职教育升本后面临的发展问题。

Reflections on the Educational Innovation for Non-governmental Vocational Higher Education Institutions After their Becoming Regular Colleges

After becoming regular colleges,non-governmental vocational higher education institutions must break down the tradi-tional frame of the regular courses and the existing administrative system and managerial modes to train practical talents that meetthe need of the market.This article discusses the problems about the development of non-governmental vocational higher educa-tion institutions after their becoming regular colleges from the five aspects of innovation in developmental orientation,traininggoal,managerial method,educational system mode and evaluation standard for students.
