| 摘 要： | 网络技术的迅猛发展和应用,不仅给高等教育的改革和发展带来重大而深远的影响,而且给高校思想政治工作带来新的机遇和挑战。高校思想政治工作者必须清醒地认识网络发展的新特点,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,积极开展网络条件下的思想政治教育。
