福列特的组织与人关系评析

摘    要:从存在心理学视角对福列特有关组织与人关系的观点进行分析。分析认为,福列特对组织"整体性"、"团体性"特征的阐发,使组织也能成为个体存在的归属地;这是对传统组织定位的一种突破,也是一种新心理学;这有益于组织功能的创新。

Abstract:The author analyzes the relationship between organization and individuals of Follett from a psychological perspective.The result shows that the exposition for organizational characteristics of "holistic" and "body" can enable organizations to become the attribution of individual existence.It not only is a breakthrough in traditional organizational positioning,also is a new psychology,which will be a useful innovation on the organizational functions.
