政府管理经济指标化与政府权威的建构

The economicalization of the government management is a tendency for global management activity. Economic management plays an important part in administration. It is necessary for China to enhance the government authorization by economic management especially during transforming. However, the government authorization is decreasing while enhancing because the government overstrengthens the normalization, thus being actually harmful for the authorization.
