| Abstract: | The creditor is endowed with annulment right by Contract Law, which is of great significance to make sure that the debtor pays off the debts and the creditor exercises his right. This paper probes into some controversial issues about the subjective, objective conditions, status of the parties concerned in the lawsuit and validity of the creditor's exertion of annulment right, and then it gives some legislative suggestions. |
