社会公平视角下城市中低收入家庭住房政策研究

住房权是人类的基本需求之一,住房保障问题是不仅是一个民生问题、更是一个社会问题。从社会公正的视角出发,分析了我国中低收入家庭住房保障政策存在的问题：如一些保障政策体现不充分,缺乏公平性,造成了＂社会排斥＂;保障范围狭小,农民工等被排除在外;政府对中低收入家庭住房保障的重视程度有待加强。针对这些问题从社会政策的视角提出了创新住房保障体系的对策、思路。
