流动人口获取计划生育信息和服务的现状——以昆明市为例

基于2007年国家人口计生委“增强计划生育／生殖健康宣传品对底层人群可及性课题研究”昆明子课题的调查数据，分析了高原不发达地区流动人口获取计划生育信息和服务的现状及需求，认为：流动人口办证率低、政策宣传信息的获取以被动接受为主；技术服务享有程度低、机构服务能力弱；流动人口对计划生育／生殖健康需求旺盛，偏好“知识丰富适用”和“生活实用”功能的宣传品，看电视是最希望的信息获取途径。为此，提出相应的对策思路。

An Investigation on Floating Population's Obtaining FP Information and Service: A Case Study of Kunming

Based on the survey conducted in 2007 by the State Population and Family Planning Commission on ＂strengthening family planning/reproductive health education/publicity materials and services available to general public＂, the paper analyzed the present situation of floating population obtaining FP information and service in underdeveloped areas of high land, pointing out major problems the population facing as follows： small proportion holding certificates and passive IEC involvement, low level of enjoying technical service and service incompetence of the related sectors. Other issues were that the population longed for the birth control/reproductive health service; they preferred such information as ＂rich and applicable knowledge＂ and ＂practical methods＂, and watching TV is their most favorite way to get the information. Accordingly, the paper put forward some suggestions.
