| 摘 要： | 为了保护社会公共利益 ,制约行政权力膨胀 ,加强依法行政 ,我国应借鉴国外的一些成功做法 ,尽快构建行政公益诉讼制度。文章主要阐述了我国构建行政公益诉讼的必要性、可行性和如何构建等问题。
