政治经济学热衷研究的许多问题是假问题,不是真问题。真问题是针对客观存在的经济现象之间的因果联系提出问题,而且,对问题的理论关注具有广泛的社会福利含义。假问题是对尚不存在、而研究者希望出现的现象进行研究,或是在对现行的政策和制度的辩护中提出问题。生产力发展的规律、社会主义经济核算、国企改革等是真问题。先进的生产关系和落后的生产力的矛盾、社会主义生产目的、社会主义经济计划与市场的关系、按劳分配和按要素分配相结合等是假问题。繁荣政治经济学的现实途径是更多地研究真问题。

True questions, false questions and truth behind in controversies of political economics

True questions focus on the cause and effect relationship between economic phenomena, thus having great significance of social wellbeing. False questions are concerned about the phenomena which do not exist or the researcher hopes to see. The true questions involve the law of productivity development, socialist economic accounting, state-owned enterprises, etc. while the false questions discuss the contradiction between productive relationship and productivity, the goal of socialist production, the relationship between socialist planned economy and the market, the combination of distribution according to work and distribution according to crucial components, etc. The practical approach for the prosperity of political economics is to devote our attention to the research of true questions.
