| 摘 要： | 创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是素质教育的核心。创新教育的实施要靠教师,教师首先应成为创新教育的实践者。为此,要建立与培养教师创造素质相适应的继续教育课程体系和管理模式,着力培养教师创新意识、创新精神、创新能力等素质。

The Focus of Continuing Education: the Cultivation of Teachers' Innovative Quality |

| Abstract: | Innovation is both the soul of the progressiveness of a nation and the core of quality education. It depends on the teachers to enforce the innovative education, thereby, the teachers should first become the practitioner of the innovative education. The relevant continuing education curriculum and management modes should be established, focusing on the cultivation of the teachers' innovative consciousness and ability. |
