| Abstract: | Qianwen means the primitive pronunciations and meanings of the Chinese charaeters that came down to present times by means of being taught by one person to another. The system of the primitive grapheme, pronunciations, and meanings has been kept in Qianwen and Liujing. Syncretizing the primitive meanings in Qianwen and Liujing is the precondition of researching on the system of primitive grapheme, pronunciations, and meanings of the Chinese charaeters. |
