| 摘 要： | 云南社会保障法制建设多50年来取得了显著的成绩,为云南经济建设做出了很大的贡献。但随着我国市场经济的发展和WTO的加入,云南社会保障法制建设滞后的一面也摆在了我们面前。建立起较为完善的社会保障法律体系,是云南走向世界的条件之一。

| Abstract: | During the past five decades , notiable achivements have been acquired in the construction of Yunnan's social security legal system , which contributed a lot to Yunnan's economic construction . However , with the development of China's marketing economy and China's entry of WTO , the weakpoints in the construction of Yunnan's social security legal system are exposed to us . Establishment of complete social security legal system is one of the condictions for Yunnan to stride forword to the world . |
