Summer of 1998 IN total, the CCA has 23 staff members, of whom nine are women. One of the oldest staffers is Yang Tuan, the deputy chief of the Research and Exchange Specializing Department of the CCA. She has worked with the association since it was founded in 1994. During the days and nights of the 1998 flood relief emergency, her experience
