| 摘 要： | 人民陪审员制度是人民群众直接参与国家管理、发扬社会主义民主的重要体现 ,是加强审判监督、维护司法公正的重要措施。然而 ,该制度在立法和实践中均有不尽人意之处 ,难以有效发挥作用 ,需要改进和完善。
