| 摘 要： | 为应对食品安全面，临的严峻形势、强化食品安全的法律保护，我国正在起草《食品安全法》。与现行的《食品卫生法》相比，《食品安全法（草案）》的规定有明显的改进，但从构建严密的法律保护网，特别是和刑法有关规定相衔接、有效保护食品安全的角度看，草案的规定仍须斟酌完善。

| Abstract: | In order to enhance the law protection of food safety, China is drafting ＂the Food Safety Law＂. Compared with the current ＂Food Health Law＂, the draft of ＂Food Safety Law＂ has achieved an obivious improvement, but still has a long way to go to build up a legal network of food safety protection. |
