高校工会在校园文化建设中的作用

针对高校校园文化建设问题，提出高校工会应根据自身的工作性质，通过多种途径，充分调动教职工生的积极性，发挥工会优势，在校园文化建设中发挥作用的观点。通过对校园文化在高素质学生培养中的作用、高校工会在校园文化建设中的作用、发挥工会优势，营造优秀的校园文化三个方面的论述，得出高校工会在高校校园文化建设中起着积极的推动作用的观点。

University trade union's role in campus cultural construction

In view of the university campus cultural construction,this thesis proposes that through many kinds of ways, the university trade union should fully arouse the enthusiasm of teaching staff and students,give free rein to the superiority of the trade union and play a role in the campus cultural construction according to its own job category. Through the elaboration of three aspects,such as the role of campus culture in the high quality students＇ training, the role of university trade union in campus cultural construction,the display of trade union superiority and the building of the outstanding campus culture, this thesis reaches the conclusion that the university trade union plays a promotive role in the university campus cultural construction.
