摘    要:我国新时期的高校人事分配制度改革在政府政策推动下启动,在各类高校努力探索的实践过程中逐步走向深入。理论研究者分别从系统、辩证、发展、比较等不同角度进行了思考和探讨,引导着高校人事分配制度改革不断趋于完善,在设岗、聘任、考核和薪酬等实践中涌现出众多新动向。

Abstract:Promoted by the government policies,the reform of personnel and distribution system at universities has been deepening smoothly.Researchers have discussed this issue from systematic,dialectic,comparative and progressive perspectives.While in practice,many new trends have emerged in position set-up,staff employment,performance appraisal and compensation,leading to a further human resource reform in universities.
